Opportunities for challenge are available to all—
NeoArc supports the growth and evolution of both businesses and individuals
From Cost to Value
Back-office operations, including general affairs, HR, accounting, procurement, and commercial sales, are essential for supporting a company's business. Improving the quality of these operations while reducing costs is a constant challenge. At NeoArc, our goal is not only to tackle these issues, but also to deliver higher value through innovative solutions.
Back-office operations require a high degree of expertise and experience. For instance, accounting operations demand not only accounting skills but also a deep understanding of the company's business, such as the sale of beverages in vending machines and the collection of sales proceeds. As a new company established in January 2024, NeoArc aims to create new value by driving BPR through cutting-edge digital technology and BPR expertise in partnership with Accenture. NeoArc's operations will provide strong support as an “enabler” of the business transformation pursued by the Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group.

President
Satoshi Kon
Satoshi Kon began his career in sales for a consumer goods manufacturer before shifting his focus to finance. He has extensive international experience, including setting up a back-office operations support organization in India. Satoshi joined Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan in January 2020 and assumed his current position at the start of 2024.
NeoArc is a Place of Learning
NeoArc provides business process outsourcing and IT solutions across a wide range of business areas. These areas include administrative operations in general affairs, personnel affairs, accounting, procurement, IT-as-a-service, system development, sales support (such as call center and salesforce assistance), and internal controls. NeoArc also aims to expand its service offerings beyond the Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group.
Our employees are professionals in their respective fields and active collaborators. They frequently interact with members from other areas, enhancing their learning experience by inspiring each other and sharing a common goal of achieving success together.

NeoArc’s Culture: Built by Tomorrow's Leaders
At NeoArc, we value employees who can think independently, generate ideas, and bring them to fruition, including our new hires. We expect our employees to actively suggest improvements, such as: “We can enhance this process by doing it this way,” “Incorporating the latest technology can transform this operation,” or “This approach will lead to increased profits.” I envision NeoArc as a company where seasoned employees and new hires alike embrace diversity, think and act with open minds, and work together to build our corporate culture. I have high expectations for new ideas and values to emerge through communication that transcends organizational boundaries, experience, age, and other differences.

Professionalism and Career Building
Since the inception of NeoArc, I have witnessed numerous members actively taking on new challenges they have not previously experienced. Many are stepping out of their comfort zones and experiencing significant personal growth. Additionally, our employees are voluntarily connecting with the outside world by forming learning communities and holding study sessions with members of Accenture and other companies.
At NeoArc, we expect our employees to advance their professionalism and build their careers. We place great importance on providing opportunities for constant growth and development. We believe that growth comes from learning, thinking, practicing, reflecting, and receiving feedback from those around us.
I want our employees to develop into professionals who demonstrate expertise by proactively generating new ideas and proposals, with a strong sense of responsibility for their work. They should also be able to take a firm stance when problems arise, showing a willingness to lead, plan, and implement countermeasures to foster improvements.
While each employee is responsible for forging their own career path, the company supports individual career development by offering opportunities to learn and acquire diverse work experiences.
NeoArc is a company where employees can take on challenges and grow. I look forward to meeting individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and capable of getting things done.
