Kiyokazu.M

Customer Contact Center Services Department
Chief Sales Manager (Okegawa Office)

Graduated from Department of Sociology, Faculty of Sociology. Joined the company in April 2013 as a new graduate. Born in Gunma Prefecture.
"I oversee the team in charge of making new product proposals to customers who handle Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan’s products. I became Chief Manager in 2024, when I transferred to NeoArc. I recently took a special ‘Refresh holiday,’ awarded after ten years with the company. During the 5-day paid vacation, I enjoyed a trip to Hokkaido with my wife."

There is Always Someone who Recognizes Your Hard Work

"It’s about time that you think about becoming a manager." My supervisor told me this a year ago. That felt a little too early, but I thought that I should try. At the time, I was managing my team with many veteran employees, mostly older than me. I always kept a respectful attitude towards experienced employees and aimed to support them as a peer. At the same time, my competitive nature pushed me to strive for results, and I felt frustrated when I couldn't achieve them. However, I never approached my subordinates with a superior attitude. I always focused on being supportive. My supervisor must have seen such efforts. The wonderful thing about NeoArc is that management appreciates hard-working employees.

Responsibility and Pleasure in Leading the Organization

With the aim of becoming a manager in my 30s, I attended internal next-generation leadership training and the Coca-Cola University Japan (CCUJ) program. These programs taught me essential management skills and mindsets, broadening my perspectives significantly. They particularly helped me develop the determination to take responsibility for my team’s failures as a manager, which significantly changed my mindset. NeoArc's range of management development programs are one of the key attractions of the company.
Afterward, I was promoted to Chief Manager and now lead a team of more than 30 people covering the East Japan (Kanto) area. Although it is too soon to show numerical results, I was deeply moved when a senior team member said “I am glad that Kiyokazu M became Chief Manager.” I was surprised and motivated by his words, inspiring me to meet his expectations. However, I don't shoulder everything alone; I cooperate closely with other leaders. I also maintain a fulfilling personal life, enjoying shopping, eating out, watching movies, and spending time with my wife on weekends and paid holidays. This balance provides a necessary break and leisure.
My next goal is to become a Section Manager. I also aspire to gain experience in other departments to broaden my horizons further.
