"I handle billing and control of accounts receivable related to expenses other than payment for products, such as customers' electricity bills and rental fees for vending machine locations. Our tasks require both accuracy and efficiency. Privately, I like K-POP music and often go to live concerts. Recently I travelled to Australia with my colleagues on paid leave.

I Look Forward to Future Operational Improvements

The openness of the workplace is one of the things that NeoArc prides itself on. We address senior colleagues with "san" and can consult with them about anything without hesitation. As I primarily work from home, I often use chat to ask, “Can I have a moment?” when I encounter a problem. Senior members respond immediately and never seem annoyed, even if I ask the same question more than once. Additionally, we have monthly one-on-one meetings with supervisors to discuss both work and personal matters. These strong relationships between employees and managers are a key appeal of NeoArc.
Recently, there has been a shift in the company's approach to operational process improvement. While we have always focused on identifying and eliminating unnecessary work, these efforts have become more thorough since the establishment of NeoArc. Although we are still midway through our journey and haven’t seen tangible outcomes yet, I believe that continuous improvements will eventually allow us to concentrate more on our core business by enhancing the efficiency of our routine tasks. This motivates me and has created a positive atmosphere throughout the company, marking a significant change.

Confident I Can Work Here for a Long Time

I currently work from home three days a week, using the time saved from commuting to enhance my personal life. For the two days I go to the office, I utilize the Super Flex system, which I highly recommend to everyone. If urgent personal matters arise, I can leave work early, and if I'm busy, I can make up for it by working overtime on another day. I appreciate that the company allows us to arrange our work schedule for our convenience. Because of this system, I can envision my future at NeoArc even after getting married and having a child. About 40% of my colleagues in my department are working mothers, representing what I might become in the future.
In my career, I aim to become like them. Even after four years with the company, I still have much to learn from my senior colleagues. I believe the best way to achieve this is by gaining more knowledge through a variety of work experiences. I want to continue honing my skills through my work.

MESSAGE

At NeoArc, you have the opportunity to explore a variety of tasks and roles. It's crucial to think of effective approaches to tasks assigned by your supervisor and put them into practice, rather than simply following instructions. In other words, you should always take ownership of your work. By consistently doing so, you can develop the ability to find effective solutions and enhance your creativity, thereby generating innovative ideas. In my regular work, I am primarily engaged in general affairs, HR, accounting, procurement, and sales support. These tasks require precision, and we are expected to complete them flawlessly and punctually. To achieve this level of proficiency, independent business organization skills, such as scheduling and organizing arrangements, are essential. Additionally, our roles often entail coordination and communication with other departments, making effective communication skills crucial. Of course, we don’t expect you to have all these skills from the start. If you demonstrate a willingness to learn and actively absorb new information, you'll be well-prepared. I look forward to seeing you take on these challenges.
