We are automating 45% of our operations to handle inquiries and requests from our clients' customers, internal personnel, and general consumers. Previously, all requests were handled by receptionists, who manually entered the information into a shared system. Moving forward, many of these requests and inquiries will be accepted and processed via QR code, web, or app. This automation will dramatically improve the user experience by offering greater convenience. It will also free up our employees from manually handling incoming calls, allowing them to engage in new and often more critical tasks, thereby broadening their work experience. By fundamentally reassessing conventional operations, we empower our employees to proactively propose ideas and improvements, enhancing their roles. Additionally, the collaboration between Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan and Accenture enables our employees to gain expertise in both the beverage business and Accenture's extensive business and IT consulting knowledge. This partnership provides opportunities for further skill improvement. Embracing Paperless Operations: From 19,058 Paper-Based Tasks to Zero

19,058. This is the number of tasks required to process paper-based sales reports, invoices, and other customized formats for our clients' customers and business partners. NeoArc and Accenture are collaborating to transform these tasks, aiming to make them entirely paperless. Currently, we are converting these printed documents into electronic data files, but many still require paperwork. These customized formats demand significant work and time, as everything from document preparation to physical mailing was handled manually. To address this issue, we have identified the essential tasks, improved and standardized the processes, and are now leveraging technology to streamline them.
With the help of technology, we can now automatically create many invoices and transactional documents. We are also transitioning from postal mail to email or fax for sending these documents, an operation we plan to automate further. This BPR initiative provides our employees with opportunities to learn how to streamline existing operations and collaborate with clients across different departments. The time saved and knowledge gained from these efficiency improvements allows employees to tackle new business challenges.

Optimizing Efficiency for Vending Machine Data Analysts through Task Minimization

We can dramatically improve productivity for those managing data calculations from vending machines through changes in operational and system processes. These improvements can shorten calculation time by approximately 30% and reduce headcount by around 40% compared to the current 500 employees working at 200 locations annually. Additionally, these changes can cut costs by about 30%.
Historically, many conventional operations have created a burden on employees due to staff shortages caused by tough labor conditions, such as night shifts or extended overtime. This has resulted in high turnover rates. By implementing transformative improvements in operational processes, we can significantly reduce workloads, allowing employees to complete their assignments during regular daytime hours. This not only lowers the turnover rate and maintains a stable workforce but also alleviates the work burden on employees. These improvements enable employees to move beyond routine tasks into more interesting and challenging opportunities. Participants in our BPR projects will accelerate their personal growth and contribute to realizing the company's vision and mission.
