The personnel system, welfare programs, career development plans and training programs adopted in NeoArc are the same as those implemented throughout the Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Group.

Training System

We provide practical programs for our employees to acquire skills and knowledge independently. These programs support new graduates, enabling them to demonstrate their abilities early on after joining the company. We foster an environment where new challenges are actively supported, allowing employees to carve out their own careers.

Fresh Minds Program to Support Young Employees’ Early Success

In addition to teaching business manners and basic skills for working adults through new employee training, we offer practical programs in operational improvement, transformation, DX, project management, and more. These programs are designed to help new graduates demonstrate leadership and take on active roles within the company. We have moved away from
seniority-based promotion and support career development based on individual competencies.

Career Challenge Program

We have adopted an open recruitment system for projects, allowing employees to proactively take on new challenges. This system enables employees to engage in projects they are interested in while remaining in their current roles. As a result, they can acquire new knowledge and skills, expanding their career options and making career changes that go beyond their areas of expertise.

Hands-on Digital BPR Program

New employees can acquire essential knowledge in DX, AI, and data analytics literacy. Following this, they will systematically and practically learn approaches to BPR, and automation methods. This comprehensive training enables them to grow into professionals capable of analyzing issues quantitatively and solving business challenges effectively.

Self-development Support Programs

We provide a variety of self-development programs, ranging from basic to advanced, designed to match each employee's skills and support their desire to learn. Employees can access online English courses and explore content tailored to their business needs, career goals, and challenges, in formats ranging from correspondence to e-learning. Subsidies and scholarships are also available to assist employees in obtaining qualifications.
